- We will never ask for your password, your bank details, or a payment during a session. Not ever. Anyone who does is not us.
- Nobody can connect without the code on your screen. You read it to us. Until you do, the session cannot start.
- The app does not stay on your computer. It runs once. Close the window and the connection ends with it.
- You can watch everything we do and stop the session at any moment.

Open the file you just downloaded. Your computer may ask whether you are sure — that is normal, and you can say yes.
Read us the code
A 9-digit number appears on your screen. Read it out to us on the phone. That code is what lets us connect, and only once.
Watch us work
You see everything on your own screen the whole time. Close the app whenever you want and the connection ends immediately.
