30-day money-back guarantee for defective or unlicensed products

Due to the nature of digital distribution of active license codes, www.atomsoftwares.com generally cannot offer refunds once a product key has been delivered and viewed, as licenses are activated instantly and cannot be resold. However, we stand behind the genuineness and functionality of every license we sell: if the product key we provide is unlicensed, invalid, or fails to activate, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours of your report, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

As the items offered on our store are digitally delivered, they are not subject to Distance Selling Regulations in the traditional sense, and we cannot accommodate order cancellation, returns, modifications, or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies specifically to cases where the product itself is defective not to incorrect purchases, change of mind, or unmet non-technical expectations.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following are true:

  • The product key provided is unlicensed, invalid, counterfeit, or fails to activate through no fault of your own, and
  • Our support team, after being given the opportunity to investigate and assist, cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours of your reported request.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this window are not eligible for refund, though we may still offer a replacement key at our discretion.

Incorrect Purchases

We cannot issue a refund or replacement if a customer has purchased an incorrect product and/or a product that is not compatible with their device. We endeavor to make product compatibility (Windows/Mac, edition, and system requirements) as clear and visible as possible on every product page, and we cannot be held responsible for incorrect purchases made in error.

Installation and/or Activation Issues

Our support team is ready to help with any issues you have with your purchased Product Key. Before a refund is issued, we will attempt to resolve the issue with you directly this is where our 24-hour resolution window applies.

During this process, we may request:

  • Digital images or screenshots of the code being entered and any error encountered
  • Remote-based access and support software (such as Splashtop, LogmeIn, GoToAssist) to help diagnose the issue

If, after 24 hours from your initial report, we have been unable to resolve a genuine licensing or activation defect, you are entitled to a full refund under this policy.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any incoming order believed to be of a suspicious nature (such as unauthorized or fraudulent payments). Suspicious paid orders are refunded and the goods are not delivered. Once a product key has been delivered and viewed, an order can no longer be cancelled for convenience our money-back guarantee instead applies if that key is found to be defective per the eligibility terms above.

Digital Delivery

As we offer digital products, we are unable to know the identity of the person who redeems the code. For each order placed, we track delivery of the Product Key and store relevant details, including the date, time, and IP address the code was viewed. All Product Keys are checked prior to delivery.

Reporting a Defective Product

If your product key does not activate or you believe it is invalid, please report the issue as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from your purchase date. Reports made after this window are not eligible under our money-back guarantee.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, we’re happy to issue a replacement product key for the same product purchased, provided the original request falls within the same 30-day / 24-hour resolution terms above.
